I love the name of this restaurant. I went with my friend Shakeya. Swan is located in the Miami Design District. The address is 90 NE 39th St, Miami. Side bar I love Miami. Their website is https://swanbevy.com/. I loved the vibe Swan was giving. So much greenery.
We ordered this drink called purple reign. It was so refreshing and light. Also, purple is my favorite color, but I did not know the drink would be purple. It is made with avion silver tequila, shōchū, butterfly pea, lavender, yuzu, and domaine de canton.
Due to covid, you have to scan the card in order to see the menu. I went for lunch. The menu is pretty basic. For appetizers, we indulged in lobster and shrimp sliders. LET ME TELL YOU, that sandwich was to DIE FOR. The flavors were amazing. Oh my gosh. I can’t even explain it, but when I am back in Miami I’m going back to get some more. It also came with some french fries, the skinny kind of french fries.
For our entree we ordered the king salmon. It came with farro, avocado, and grapefruit. The plate looks very boring, but I did enjoy it. It’s not to die for like the lobster and shrimp rolls.
